- Offered at Cub Pow Wow
- TLT - Troop Leadership Training (soon to be replaced by ILST)
- Beginning leadership training aimed at Scouts who will be new leaders in their troop.
- Offered by the Troop Scoutmaster and Senior Scouts.
- ILSC - Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews
- Beginning leadership training for Crew members.
- Offered by the Advisor and Senior Crew members.

- NYLT - National Youth Leadership Training
- Training for Scouts and Venturers who will be part of their Unit's senior leadership.
- Requirements:
- Scouts: Ages 13-17, First Class rank or higher.
- Venturers: Ages 14-17, Taken Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews
- It is recommended that Venturers 18 and older take Wood Badge
- Held each August at the Holcomb Valley Scout Reservation.
- NAYLE - National Advanced Youth Leader Experience
- Advanced training for Scouts and Venturers to build and expand their leadership skills.
- Requirment: Completed NYLT.
- Offered several weeks each summer at the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.
